Nurture your body and mind with our Prenatal Yoga Series, designed specifically for expectant mothers at all stages of pregnancy. This gentle and supportive practice focuses on safe, mindful movements to relieve common pregnancy discomforts, improve mobility, build strength, and prepare your body for labor and delivery.
Guided by an experienced prenatal yoga instructor, each session includes:
Gentle stretches and strengthening poses tailored for pregnancy
Pelvic floor exercises to support labor and postpartum recovery
Core engagement to support your changing body
Breathwork techniques to reduce stress and improve your ability to relax in tense moments
Safe modifications for all trimesters
A calming space to bond with your baby and connect with other moms-to-be
This class is a perfect way to stay active, reduce discomfort, and embrace the journey of pregnancy with grace and confidence.
Open to all trimesters and experience levels. Doctor’s approval recommended.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited size of our classes Stork Ready can only refund if notification is given at least 3 days prior to class.
Otherwise we can offer a credit towards another class. We pride ourselves on 100% satisfaction.
We reserve the right to switch our in person classes to virtual classes due to changes in state policy regarding the pandemic and in person group meetings.
We reserve the right to change any in person class to a virtual class due to inclement weather.
